At Mallinckrodt, we believe innovation stems from diversity of thought and experience. We make it a priority to foster a culture of belonging and to intentionally create a safe and welcoming environment where all team members are respected and celebrated for their unique identities, cultures and experiences. We have established policies and practices to protect our employees and applicants from discrimination of any kind and we comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination.
Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and Business Resource Groups (BRG) play key roles in cultivating and inspiring our inclusive culture. BRGs are employee-led groups that are open to all employees and center around shared interests, identities and/or affiliations.
They offer employees unique networking, professional development and community outreach opportunities, and help promote greater understanding throughout the organization.

Awards and Recognition
Our approach to DEI continues to receive national recognition. Since 2017, Mallinckrodt has been recognized as a “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index—a national benchmarking survey that evaluates LGBTQ+-related workplace policies and practices.
